I guess I'll have to change the title of our blog...

because we are having a baby! We are due September 26th. If you have seen me at all then I'm sure it's no surprise because my stomach is huge! Whenever I'm wearing normal clothes and not scrubs I'm afraid someone will ask me, "So, are you due next month?" and I'll say, "No, not for about 5 months!"


My cousin is going to school to be an ultrasound tech and gave us an ultrasound a few weeks ago, we found out we're having a girl! I wasn't very far along so I had to have another ultrasound today, it's still a girl! See the 3 little lines by the arrow, that means it's a girl! We are so excited! I can't wait to make all of the cute bows, bracelets and all the other frilly things that go along with having a girl.

She never popped her head out very far and was always hiding her face like this so they weren't able to get any of the measurements they needed so we'll probably have to get another ultrasound. The 3D pictures looked a little crazy, but I think she's awfully cute! We don't have any names yet because we were POSITIVE it was a boy! I guess I don't have the motherly instinct yet!
