McKinley's 2 months old! The best part is we can actually leave the house now. So I attempted to take her to church on Sunday for the first time. That was a joke! Matt's in the bishopric of a singles ward and so there are no children! Any noise came from my sweet, spoiled McKinley! Then I attempted to take her to Relief Society and that was even better! Our ward meets in the institute building in their classrooms and the room that Relief Society is in has the doors in the front of the room instead of the back. I went to the back thinking that way I could stand up and bounce McKinley and not disturb anyone. I was wrong! The room was so crowded they ended up filling the isles with seats and I was trapped. I didn't even make it through the opening song before McKinley started screaming at the top of her lungs. Let me tell you, her lungs work perfect! I had to make everyone get up and move their chair just so I could get out of there.
I took her for her 2 month check up. She is now 8 lbs 9 oz and 21 3/4 inches long! She still doesn't fit in any 0-3 month clothing so I just rotate the same five newborn outfits over and over because I keep telling myself that she is going to grow out of her newborn clothes any day now so there's no point in buying anymore newborn size clothes.

Here she is after her first battle wounds from her shots. I must admit that I'm happy when I was working at the Pediatrician's office that I was the one giving out the prizes and not the shots! I felt like she was looking at me as though I was a traitor holding her down while they poked her.

It's amazing how much life can change in a few short months. I think she's awfully adorable even if she is "slightly" cranky. On the bright side, my legs are getting a good work out from all this bouncing!
